The Executive Committee of Hicare Society meets usually bi-monthly to review activities of the Society. The administrative functions are performed by the Secretary General with the help of the Executive Secretary. The account matters are supervised by one elected Treasurer who is assisted by an Accountant. The accounts are audited by Chartered Accountants and the audit reports are placed before the AGM when it is held. Income tax return is submitted to the Board of revenue at the end of each financial year.

All Hicare schools and the Hearing Centres are monitored, guided and controlled by its own Management Committee formed according to Hicare guidelines. The Hicare Society oversees their activities.
